today i sprained my ankle...u ask how? lemme break it down
=P ... got up off the sofa after laying down for a long time...stood up...then fell down
yes that simple
was wearing my heels
y i was wearing heels, while i was laying on the sofa...waiting to go to tennis practice...i dunno
my foot fell asleep, got up, lost my balance...and i am now here, in my room, with a swollen ankle...SHOOT
